The details of one event: when, where, what it is about, and, for a repeating event, the next dates.
Some events have positions to fill, for example operators for Field Day with a time window and a number of slots. While sign-ups are open you can sign up for a position that has room, and withdraw, until the last day shown. You cannot hold two positions whose times overlap. The club decides whether members can see who holds each position.
When the club has opened RSVPs for a date, active members can answer yes, maybe or no, and say how many guests they will bring. You can change your answer until the RSVPs close, which is the event day unless the club chose an earlier last day. Members see only the totals; the club's Managers see who answered.
A repeating event has one page for the series; the date in the address picks which date you are looking at. A date the club has skipped is shown as cancelled.
If you are not logged in as an active member and the event is members-only, you will be asked to log in.
